You can request deletion of your RAZE™ (Human Performance Design Solutions, LLC) account and its associated data at any time. Here's how.
How to request deletion
Email info@thehpds.com from the email address on your RAZE account, with the subject line "Delete my RAZE account."
We verify the request against your account email and complete the deletion within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation when it's done.
Email to Delete My AccountWhat gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it, including:
- Your profile (name, nickname, email, phone, date of birth, sports, goals)
- Session history, scores, streaks, drill results, and Raze Points
- Biometric metrics derived from your scans (heart rate, HRV, breathing rate). Note: RAZE never stores facial images or video — only these metrics are kept while your account is active.
- Club posts, team data, and direct messages you sent
- Survey and feedback responses, including any written comments, from team, pilot, or beta programs
- Your profile photo, if uploaded
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained. Any active membership should be cancelled separately if applicable.
Requesting partial deletion
If you want to delete only some of your data without closing your account, email info@thehpds.com describing what you'd like removed, and we'll assist.
