What is the difference between Base and Pro?
Base is the whole training loop — check in, recalibrate with an NRT™ protocol, train with the coach's plan, then evaluate. Pro adds the live video coach and the full analytics view across your sessions.
How does Team billing work?
Team is sold in blocks of ten athletes on the Base plan, at a lower rate per athlete than buying ten individually. Add blocks as your roster grows. Coaches get the dashboard and position groups at no extra cost.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account page. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Is RAZE a medical device?
No. RAZE is a performance and wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and nothing in the app is medical advice.
What about athletes under 18?
Athletes aged 13 to 17 can use RAZE, and the face scan requires a parent or guardian to grant permission by email before any biometric reading is taken.
