RAZE (Human Performance Design Solutions, LLC) is committed to making our app and website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice control.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the experience with each release.
Some RAZE features are inherently visual — most notably the camera-based face scan and the eye-tracking drills — and cannot be fully operated with a screen reader. Where a feature depends on vision, we provide an equivalent alternative:
The face scan is optional. You can enter your heart rate, HRV, and breathing rate manually and use the full Check-In, coaching, and session experience without the camera.
We are continuing to expand accessible alternatives across the app.
If you encounter a barrier or have trouble using any part of RAZE, please tell us — your feedback directly shapes our fixes.
Email info@thehpds.com with the subject line "RAZE Accessibility." Please describe the issue, the page or screen, and the assistive technology or device you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
