Something not working, or a question about your account? Send it here and a person will read it — we're a small team and there is no ticket queue to disappear into.
Prefer email? Write to info@razemembers.com. We aim to respond within two business days.
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link — check your spam folder, as it sometimes lands there. If you originally signed in with Apple or Google, use that same button rather than a password; the two are separate doors to the same account.
Still stuck? Message us above with the email address on your account and we'll sort it out.
The scan needs camera access. On iPhone, open Settings → RAZE → Camera and make sure it's on. Then close RAZE fully (swipe up) and reopen it.
If the camera is on but the scan won't complete: hold the phone at arm's length, keep your whole face inside the oval, uncover your forehead, and use a room with even light — a bright window directly behind you will defeat it. Stay as still as you can for the full 30 seconds.
The scan is also optional. On the same screen you can enter your heart rate, HRV, and breathing rate by hand and use everything else normally.
A result needs two readings — one before and one after. If you skipped the closing check-in scan, there's nothing to compare against, so the session records but no score appears. Run the closing scan at the end and the coach will tell you whether you hit the state you were aiming for.
Say yes when RAZE asks, or turn them on in Settings → RAZE → Notifications. If you declined the first time, iOS won't ask again — you have to enable it there.
If notifications are on and still nothing arrives, sign out and back in once. That re-registers your device with us.
Open Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → RAZE and allow heart rate, heart rate variability, and sleep. RAZE only reads this data; it never writes to Health. Everything in the app works without it.
Spotify's playback controls require a Spotify Premium account — free accounts can't be controlled by another app, which is Spotify's rule, not ours. You also need Spotify open and playing on the device at least once so it has an active player to talk to.
Apple Music needs its permission granted in Settings → RAZE → Media & Apple Music.
You can do both from inside the app, and you don't need to ask us. Withdrawing biometric consent stops any further scans and removes your stored readings. Deleting your account removes your profile and all associated data.
You can also start the process here: Delete your account.
Athletes aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian to approve the face scan before it will run. We email the guardian a link, and the scan stays locked until they grant it. Nobody under 13 may use RAZE.
Guardians can review or withdraw that approval at any time: Parental consent.
The short version: camera processing happens on your device, no image or video of your face is transmitted or stored, and only the numeric results are kept — deleted after 90 days. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
